Our Barn cat program

Our Barn Cat Program matches people who want a farm cat with a cat that is not otherwise suitable to be a household companion.   

Some cats are too feisty when interacting with people. They may also be shy or fearful of people or they just prefer the company of other cats or animals. Some cats just thrive by having work to do.  

This program places cats who prefer the company of other animals over humans into a safe independent living setting such as a barn, factory or warehouse.

People seeking our barn cats must agree to provide shelter, food, water and vet care. 

These cats become working members of the farm by helping to keep the property free from rodents.
