Meet Charlie
Charlie's Story
Charlie was an owner surrender to our local animal control facility. Animal control was told that the owner could not pay the vet bills and he had a wound on his leg that would not heal.
Animal Control posted the above picture and I was in love. I wanted to take him home immediately. However, due to his leg injury, I was not allowed to adopt him from Animal Control. They would only give him to a local rescue.
